Why it works
Who It’s For
I’ve created a workshop experience that can be customised for every age group, from Prep to Grade 12. It can also be delivered as a school holiday incursion or community event.
Duration
Workshops run anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on your needs — the standard session is 1 hour.
What We Do
Each session combines hands-on activities, storytelling, and practical nutrition skills that kids (and teens!) will actually enjoy.
What You Need
We bring everything with us! All you need is a space and some curious minds ready to explore and learn.

The Workshop Experience
Think science lab meets comedy show! These workshops turn nutrition into a hands-on adventure:
The Digestive Factory - Travel through the body with props and experiments that make kids go “eww” and “Wow” all at once.
Eat the Rainbow - Ribbons, colours and fun food challenges that show why every colour on your plate helps your brain and body shine.
Mindful munching - Slowing down, tuning in to our senses, and discovering how food makes us feel (not just how it tastes).
For Primary School Kids:

School Holidays & Community Events
Looking for something fun & Interactive and a little bit different?
My workshops also run as school holiday programs and community events. These sessions are adapted for mix age groups (5-12yo) and designed to get kids engaged, laughing and learning about food and wellbeing in a way that sticks.
Pricing varies depending on group size, location and event type.
